Description
ZSS series of Vibration Sift Machinery , which belongs to a new type of high sophisticated screening equipment, is widely used for the dry-styled screening and classification of materials in forms of powder , particle or fiber. Through many years of production by our factory, it is constantly developed and has advantages as high efficiency ,low consumption, small volume, totally closed in structure and no powder spilling ,easy in operation,etc. It has achieved the standards of its foreign couterparts at present.
Structure Characteristics
1)Standard Y type motor installed ,rubber soft parts connected with eccentric wheel for vibration to avoid motor maintenance problem.
2)All the secions of connecting the materials use the stainless streel 304.
3)Key components casting or welding.Frames of the screen are various, high screening efficiency.
4)Fast to replace the screen, effective areas of screen is large, do not block the mesh.
5)Low consumpion, low noise, no powder spilling, continous production.
6)
3-8mm amplitude, output is 150% more than similar production.
The movement path of the materials and amplitude may regulat by changing the different materials and meshes of screen.
